Made to order

Every NOVR piece is printed and finished to order. Production takes 2–5 business days before your order ships.

Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders over $75.
  • Standard delivery is typically 3–7 business days after production, depending on location.
  • Tracking is emailed the moment your order ships.

Returns & exchanges

Because each piece is made to order, we don't accept change-of-mind returns. We always make it right when something's wrong:

  • Damaged, defective, or misprinted — we replace it, free.
  • Wrong item or size sent — we fix it.
  • Reach us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo.

Sizing

Our apparel runs to a relaxed, oversized cut. Check each product's measurements before ordering — made-to-order means we can't restock returns, so size right the first time.
